It is quite usual for Elcon to complete over 100 structures in a month and to complete the fitting out, a Contractor has to be able to resource materials and labour to complete his work at the same rate.

Quicker completions lead to quicker sales and income, therefore the finance costs involved are substantially reduced, additionally, if a contractor is able to build 50% or 60% quicker, then he has the capability to increase his turnover and profit by the same amount.
